If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR where applicable. For disputes not resolved through regulatory channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
